Confirmation
To guarantee your booking, we ask that you confirm your reservation to us by writing, fax,r e-mail or telephone.
Payment
Account to be settled in advance, upon arrival or on departure. In case of a guest staying longer than a week, account to be settled once a week. We accept Visa, MasterCard etc. Payments can be made in Albanian LEK, EURO and Dollars.
Check in/out time
The occupancy of the rooms is 14:00 onward. Please let us know if you intend to arrive late in the evening. Rooms should be vacated by 12:00. If the room is not vacated by 12:00, the hotel will charge for another day’s stay unless alternative arrangements have been made.
Car parking
There is privaty car parking for all our guestes.
